Department of Civil Registration has initialized Online Vital Registration (Birth, Marriage, Divorce, Migration, and Death).Having Internet access, anyone from anywhere can apply for their Birth Registration, which is required further for other registrations(Marriage, Divorce, Migration and Death), registered by Municipality Staff. Dhangadhi Sub- Metropolitan City has started Online Registration from 1st Bhaishak, 2072. For Registration. Click here and follow the below-mentioned steps:

• After link is opened, click on "नयाँ थप्नुहोस"
• Fill the form and at last entry your mobile number.
• After submission, message will be sent with a Token Number to the entered Mobile Number.
• Contact Municipality office within 30 days after the token Number is received.
• The Token Number will not be valid after 30 days and need to register again.
